Ajay has more than 22 years of corporate experience working with companies like Cadbury India Limited, Perfetti Van Melle, UST Global, Career Launcher and Olam International in more than 13 countries. Since 2007, he has been involved in mentoring students and he is presently based out of Chennai, where he works closely with a passionate team that is dedicated to help the youth to explore opportunities and achieve their maximum professional potential. In the year 2020, Ajay Zener featured in the CEO Insights Top 10 List of Career Mentors.
